I’m reaching out because I just paid almost $30 for your app expecting the AI video enhancement feature to noticeably improve the quality of my footage. Unfortunately, the result was exactly the same as the original — there was no visible change or enhancement at all.
I’m genuinely disappointed, as this wasn’t the experience I was promised. I would appreciate a solution or a refund, since the service I paid for did not deliver the expected results.
